Upcoming Training Events

Training Events are part of a comprehensive training program planned for the Department of Medical Assistance Services business partners.

Pre-registration is required for all upcoming training events due to the limited space available at selected sites. Registrations are handled on a first come, first served basis and we are unable to accept registrations by telephone.

Registration - In order to register for the following events first select and click the training topic to review the invitation letter, dates, times and locations of the training. Once you have decided on the session you wish to attend, return to this page and select this Online Registration link to complete and send the online registration form.

WebEx Online Training Sessions

The Department of Medical Assistance Services has incorporated Live WebEx Sessions in support of the training initiative for Medicaid Programs.s.

To register for any of our online WebEx trainings click www.dmas.webex.com, this will open the WebEx home page and the sessions scheduled for that day will be displayed. You may choose the tab labeled Upcoming to see all sessions scheduled. Once you have chosen your session simply click Register and follow the instructions given, the password needed is: welcome1. You will receive an email with all of the training details. Make sure you keep this email as it contains all of the information you will need to log onto WebEx on the day of your training. Be aware that you will also be required to dial .into a conference call on the day of the session; all of this information will also be contained in your email. If you do not receive your registration letter via WebEx please contact us at (804) 692-3267.

NOTE: It is recommended that on the day of the training you begin logging onto WebEx at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Recorded sessions are also provided to assist you in understanding the requirements for conducting business with the Department of Medical Assistance Services. These pre-recorded sessions add value as you are able to access them at your convenience and they provide excellent preparation when viewed prior to Q&A only WebEx sessions. In order to view recorded sessions click dmas.webex.com. On the left hand menu bar under the title, click, "Attend a session", then click "Recorded sessions." You will see a list of all recorded sessions.
