Medicare and Medicaid Integrated Care Website
CMS has developed a new website that will help States, health plans and providers design and develop Medicare and Medicaid integrated care delivery systems for dually eligible beneficiaries. The website contains an overview page and a road map that provides a summary of, and a link to, Medicare and Medicaid documents and tools instrumental to building integrated models of care. It also includes recently released CMS guidance on an integrated Medicare and Medicaid appeals process for special needs plans (SNPs) and a mailbox for submitting questions or comments to CMS.
