Learning Network - Long Term Care
The Commonwealth of Virginia offers a variety of state-funded services to help meet specified individuals’ long-term care needs. Long Term Care includes services to clients who need care on a daily or an on-going basis. Care may be provided in a nursing or assisted living facility, a community-based program, or in the client’s own home. Meeting certain functional and medical condition criteria is necessary in order to become eligible for long-term care services.
These presentations reflect recent training held for applicable providers of each service.
