This presentation provides a brief overview of 2004 Medicaid Pharmacy program changes. In 2004 the DMAS implemented several changes including: PDL program, Enhanced OTC list, Mandatory Generic, Threshold program, Maximum allowable cost program, and ProDUR enhancements.
