The purpose of the HIPP Packet is to provide newly approved applicants with the HIPP Program's requirements and what their individual responsibilities are while participating in the HIPP Program. It is important for HIPP participants to pay close attention to the details contained within the HIPP Packet, as failure to do so could result in cancellation from the HIPP Program.
