DentaQuest has informed us of a cybersecurity incident involving a limited portion of its network. According to DentaQuest, its systems remain operational, and the company continues to provide services while working with leading cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident. The review to determine which individuals and information may have been affected is ongoing. If a member’s information is determined to have been impacted, DentaQuest will notify them directly by mail and provide information about complimentary identity monitoring and protection services.

Members are encouraged to remain vigilant against potential scams, as DentaQuest will never request sensitive personal information or payment through text messages, social media, or email.
