Telehealth can help if you are struggling with long and frequent trips to receive care. Telehealth means some providers can use technology to provide many types of healthcare from a distance.
If you are on Medicaid and are having trouble receiving care, call the customer care phone number you received when you were enrolled with your Managed Care Organization (MCO). They may provide telehealth as the solution.
