Overview
DMAS has created the automated enrollment portal as an electronic resource that replaced the paper PIRS submission process for; admission, disenrollment & level of care changes for the following LTSS programs: Nursing Facility Care, CCC Plus Waiver Services and Hospice.
Entry of the admission, disenrollment & level of care changes is determined by one of the following: CCC Plus program: submitted by Health Plan or FFS: submitted by the FFS Provider (Nursing Facility, or Hospice)
